The B-24 bomber "80 Days" (tail number #273257) in flight. Even though the original photographic images have taken severe wear over the years, the original photographs were of tremendous clarity, and careful cleaning and repairs can sometimes bring out significant detail, including the men in the airplane (below). The work is also highly time consuming, and the total work done...
