700 Engineer Petroleum Distribution Company (700 E.P.D. Co.) Pipeliners presentation of awards, Tinsukia, India. During WWII, for bravely in using bulldozers to stop a blazing gasoline fire, saving the tank farm (with 10 million gallons of high-octane gasoline), and camp area. Capt. Penny, Sgt. Grabanouer, Lt.
