Entered military service from Clay County, Arkansas.

Admitted to hospital for treatment for a non-battle injury in May 1944.

A main air strip for the 5th Liaison Squadron was Robertson Field (Burma), named after T/Sgt. Harold D. Robertson in honor of him, since he never returned.

In the CBI during WWII.
