Old Man Tries Camera

A photographer lets an old man try out his movie camera in the CBI.

Hal Geer noted in 2008, "His A-2 flight jacket looks brand new and the leather flying cap did not arrive until late in 1945. So this is someone who just arrived in China. The camera is a late model Bell & Howell 16mm camera. You can seen the military ID plate on the camera. That was not common in the early cameras we had. He couldn't be shooting with it because the long lens would "cut into" any normal picture he was shooting and the lens is not in the normal position for shooting."
